Hanover Township:

Trustee: Ron Kroger

Advisory Board: Narcie Burress

My name is Ronald Kroger Jr. and I have been a resident of Hanover for over fifty years. In January 2026 I was caucused in as the Hanover Town Trustee and I’m currently serving in that position. Since I took office I have been traveling to various state trainings for this position to help me learn more ways to help in my community. I have found it to be very rewarding to be able to help residents with essential needs and to connect them with other resources. I feel I have much more to learn and to contribute to this office.

I have served over 40 years in law enforcement for Jefferson County and I would like to continue to serve my community as your Hanover Township Trustee. I would appreciate your vote so I can continue as your Hanover Town Trustee.

My name is Narci Burress. I have lived in Hanover, Indiana my entire life. I am the youngest of 4 children of Raymond and Belva Ashby. My dad served as Justice of the Peace for Hanover in the 1970's. I have 3 grandchildren, Raymond and Graham, (Sons of Josh and Sarah Burress) and Haily, (Daughter of Beth and Rob Seagrave).

I served on SW School Board for 12 years, I have performed numerous jobs some positions held were: Working with Special Needs Students, coaching 7th grade Volleyball and basketball, Director of the SW Drama Club, coaching softball and serving on SWRA Board, was a Deputy Clerk Treasurer for the Town of Hanover, was Hanover Park Director, served as Senior Citizens Director the City of Madison. Volunteered for numerous charities and currently serve on the SW All School Fund #2100. Our committee raises money to offset the cost of school trips and other events so more students can participate.

Your support would be appreciated,
Narci Burress

Madison Township:

Trustee: Kasie Lessley

Advisory Board: Marilyn Hutchinson

Dr. Kasie Lessley is running for Madison Township Trustee to bring a fresh, community-driven approach to local government. As a physical therapist and small business owner, she has spent her career helping people navigate complex challenges, advocate for themselves, and access the resources they need to move forward.

She believes the role of Trustee is about more than financial assistance, it’s about accountability, connection, and creating real opportunities for people to improve their lives. Kasie is passionate about strengthening the community by connecting residents to local resources, supporting access to care, and fostering partnerships that make Madison Township healthier and more resilient.

Kasie is committed to being present, approachable, and responsive. She believes local government should work for the people, and she’s ready to serve as a strong, engaged advocate for the community she calls home.

I grew up on a farm with my three brothers. I attended Ball State University, where I received degrees in Library Science and Social Studies, and a Masters in Personnel Administration. I taught Junior High students for 25 years and did substitute teaching thereafter.

As a member of the Madison Township Advisory Board, I promise I will continue to make my decisions fairly and for the good of all members of the Township.

I would appreciate your vote.
